Data Import

Utilities > Data Import

The Data Import page is used to import files manually. Alternatively, imports can be scheduled to import automatically. After previewing, adjust the import file or template if needed, and re-preview. After importing, review the result file that appears in the bell.

  1. Import Template - select Data Import Template

  2. Choose File - click to select a file from the user's device to attach

  3. File Name, File Size - confirm that the correct file has been chosen by noticing the file name, extension, and size

  4. Preview Import - click to view the preview

  1. Column Mapping For [selected import template] - review the Source File Column and Target Template Column pairings for accuracy

  2. Import Preview - review the first 15 lines of data from the selected file for accuracy

  3. Cancel - click to deselect the file and return to Step 1

  4. Start Import - click to import the file; a notice will appear in the bell icon when complete
